Support Options for GoldMine CE/PE
GoldMine Premium and Corporate Edition both include maintenance
programs from FrontRange Solutions.
Your first line of support for technical
difficulties is to contact FrontRange Solutions at (800)755-2100.
You will need your maintenance program contract number to access
technical support. Your maintenance program must be in good
standing as well.
FrontRange Knowledgebase
FrontRange operates a dynamic online support
knowledgebase with answers to many common problems and questions.
If you have GoldMine PE or GoldMine CE and a maintenance agreement
in good standing, contact FrontRange Customer Care to obtain your
own username and password to access the full knowledgebase.

GoldMine have access to the free support areas only.
GoldMine Community Forums
The forums offer support for all users of all
versions of GoldMine and related products. Often a question
you have can be answered by forum members within a few minutes of
posting

If you would like to retain expert support for your GoldMine System
and receive priority support services, SupportPak is the answer.
Presidio’s SupportPak Agreement provides you with priority access
to support for GoldMine, and Crystal Reports, or whatever
applications are listed on the first page of your Agreement .
SupportPak gives a set number of hours of technical support service
each quarter, at discounted rates-- from 10 to 49% off our regular
rates. Call on us for onsite support, or call-in support, or remote
access support.
SupportPak is a Quarterly Agreement. You can elect to cancel
your SupportPak at the close of any quarter.
You can use your SupportPak for emergency support, training,
development, report-writing, tutorials, and consulting.
There are no restrictions on how. Travel time is not applied
on SupportPak, and you are billed in 15-minute increments.
SupportPAK is available in 5, 10, 12, and 15 hour
agreements. Rates are discounted based on the level of
SupportPak purchased. You can change your level at the close
of any quarter, or you may cancel your SupportPak at the close of
any quarter.
